From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the whole operation ran smoothly and the security felt solid. All in all, everything was satisfactory and we had no complaints.

“Enganação”

My husband and I booked a double room with air‑conditioning, paying about twice what a shared room costs. When we got there the owner told us the room was broken and the only alternative was a shared female dorm that had no AC and just bunk beds, so we had to keep shuffling our luggage in and out and disturb other guests. The owner was nice, but we ended up paying for a private room and got a shared one instead.

“Lugar ótimo , voltaria sim indo pro São Paulo expo, mas combinaria melhor os horários para não haver problemas”

Great spot for anyone heading to the São Paulo Expo and the facilities are solid, but they asked us to check out before 9 am to make room for another couple. I was already leaving early, so it didn't bite me, yet it could be a hassle for others, and when I was heading out the owner was about to leave and almost missed my car—there should be someone at the desk to handle departures.
