The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were attentive. However, I felt the price was a bit high for what was offered; there was no privacy since the house housed other families with children, and the jacuzzi was broken—when you turned it on, it sent hot water waves that burned my partner’s back with a second‑degree burn. That really lowered my score.

The room itself was decent and the complimentary drinks were a nice perk, but the staff weren’t very attentive and a few things around the property were clearly in need of repair.
