Roman turned out to be the best host I've ever had.

We had a lovely time; Roman was very attentive and let us check in outside of normal hours. There's parking and a Michelin‑starred restaurant nearby. Everything was top‑notch, and the views of Dubai’s skyline were breathtaking.

A perfect way to unwind—this boat is docked in a charming marina with great restaurants just a minute away. The deck is a nice spot to relax with a drink while watching the sea. The cabin is spacious, the beds comfy, and everything needed for self‑catering is on board. I’d suggest arranging a cruise with the owner for extra fun. The only hiccup was a bit of water leaking into the bedroom after a storm, leaving the carpet damp and a bit unpleasant to walk on.

Traveling with family and kids, this place was perfect. The value for money is amazing, the location is fantastic, and the boat experience was a hit with the kids. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.
