The apartment was nice, the bed was good, and the location was great; it was not stated that the pool cost extra, and the room was not entirely clean; it also seemed odd that a kitchen‑equipped apartment had nothing in the kitchen—no cutlery, cups, plates, pots or anything else—and there were not enough parking spots.

“Serious concerns about the security of guests”

The location and breakfast were fine, but I was extremely disappointed with this hotel because I started getting scam messages with payment links before and after my stay, and they contained my full name, phone number, the hotel I stayed at, and the dates of my stay. This was not random spam – it was very specific to my booking. I told reception when I checked out, hoping they would investigate or at least show concern, but they were surprisingly indifferent and the issue was not treated seriously. This is a major problem; guests should trust a hotel with their personal and booking information. The targeted scam messages linked directly to a hotel stay raise serious questions about data handling and protection, and the lack of concern from reception made it worse. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with any payment messages or links they receive during or after their stay. Because of this experience and how my concern was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had everything I wanted at a hotel.
