The pool was great and the beach was right nearby, but the bathroom left something to wish for.

The hotel was comfortable, with a balcony room overlooking the sea, excellent food with a huge variety of dishes, and attentive, friendly staff; the beach was accessible anytime with sand, shells, and shade, and even people from Dadu Hai Bay—where the sea isn't always enjoyable—came to Sanya, which is amazing! Shops, cafés, and a fruit market were within walking distance of the hotel. The only downside was the overwhelming number of tour options and price variations, though the best guide, Nina, who speaks Russian, was very attentive to guests.
For an Asian hotel, it's okay, I guess. The receptionists seemed a bit clueless, but our local tour guides helped sort things out. The rooms could use some renovation, though.

This hotel's got a great vibe with palm trees, trees, and birds around. The place is clean, the food's tasty, and the beach is amazing, right on our doorstep. However, it can get pretty noisy, sometimes really loud, and it seems like the hotel doesn't have any quiet hours policy.
