Super clean, air conditioning and everything you need. A sofa in the common area would still be a dream.

Location right on the Alpe-Adria bike path, secure bike parking, laundry facilities, a tall bike as decor in the stairwell – super, would love to return. We didn't give full points for comfort because the bathroom is shared with other guests, but that didn't bother us at all.

The host lady was very kind. The day before I asked if we could drop off our luggage while heading to Grado in the morning. She was very helpful and arranged it for us, making it easier to move around all day. The kitchen was equipped, we could cook and even wash dishes. Definitely will come back again.
