The room was a good size with comfy beds, the bathroom was decent but the shower was lacking, and the view of Milan was lovely; dinner and wine were nice but pricey, and breakfast was excellent—all good for a one‑night stay.

We arrived at the reception at 13:45, only to be told check‑in starts at 14:00; we returned at 14:00 and waited in line until 14:30. One receptionist worked hard and deserved respect, while the others just passed by and stared at him.

Breakfast was fine, but the pool was dirty with broken, sharp tiles; the air‑conditioning in the rooms was loud even when turned off, making it impossible to sleep, and windows couldn’t be opened.
