I didn't grab breakfast there, but I did take advantage of the snacks and juice that were in the fridge. The toilet was misbehaving, yet after I called, someone came during the day while I was out and fixed it, so I wasn’t inconvenienced at all.

The surprise was totally unexpected, everything was finished and furnished in a super nice way, and my wife loved it a lot.
