The location was good, but the air‑conditioning couldn't keep the room cool and it stayed hot. The face towels were visibly stained and looked dirty, never suitable for use. Basic toiletries that are standard even in cheaper hotels were missing: no shampoo, no soap, and no hand soap. The terrace that should belong to the room lacked a divider from the neighboring room, so I couldn't stay outside because another man was on the balcony, even though it was supposed to be a private area and should have had a divider like the other rooms. One of the biggest absurdities I’ve seen was that I wasn’t allowed to sit at the table I wanted for breakfast; the woman wouldn’t let me, saying I could only sit at the table she had already claimed. I asked to sit elsewhere and she insisted, which was very embarrassing—after staying at hotels for over ten years, I’ve never seen that.
