The hotel was extremely clean and well-organized, with a great fitness room and a fantastic breakfast spread.
The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, always willing to help with anything I needed.
The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and a great place to unwind.

“Ottimo soggiorno”
Everything. From the room with a terrace and pool view, very clean and well kept. Beautiful garden. Exceptional staff, especially the girl at the Nok restaurant who was always very kind when I came for dinner even late. The owner, a young woman who is very helpful, as well as the guys at reception. It’s a quiet area even though a bit outside the city but for me it was better. I highly recommend this place.
Late booking due to a schedule change, yet we were very pleased with the welcome. There was a free shuttle to town, and both the staff and the director were attentive and pleasant.

I found the place spotless, the staff super friendly, breakfast decent, the facilities well maintained, a gym available, and the silence was perfect; they even let you rent a motorcycle on site. I’d definitely suggest it. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the city center.
Choosing Madilao was a great decision; the hotel is gorgeous with stunning mountain views and lush scenery, a fantastic pool, and a superb breakfast spread. The staff are extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind, going above and beyond to assist. The room is high quality yet affordable, with a good bed, AC, and ceiling fan. Highly recommended! Excellent Hotel.
