“Great location!, needs more maintenance”

I liked how close the hotel was to the water park and grocery store—just a minute walk—and it was only a 10‑minute drive to Brasov’s old town. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The price even included free entry to the water park, which let me spend every day there. The main downside was that the hotel wasn’t well maintained; the tube in my room was broken, the small air conditioner in both rooms we stayed in hadn’t been cleaned for a while, there was a stale carpet smell, and the bed itself was uncomfortable.

This is my second visit to the hotel, and I’m happy I chose it again. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the pool area is tidy. The food at the outdoor pool is actually good. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant on the hotel grounds.

The hotel’s northern location is a bit far from the city center, but we found it perfectly situated—quiet and pleasant. With a car or taxi, you can reach any spot, including the mall, in about 8‑9 minutes. Even though the rooms and the hotel feel a bit old‑fashioned, they are very clean, spacious, and airy. It’s close to the water park, so ending each day there or in the heated pool is enjoyable, and you get a 3‑hour pass. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Prices in the lobby are fair and wallet‑friendly. Parking is large and free, and there’s a Lidl supermarket nearby. There’s no breakfast, but overall we had a great stay and will definitely return. The value matches the price we paid. The hotel is simply great! The rooms and furniture are a bit old, but everything is clean and organized.

“Am plecat fericiți si relaxați.”

Everything was fine, loads of fun, and the food at the water park was really good and fresh. The windows that opened had no screens, so we couldn’t ventilate the room.
