“Truly a Hidden Oasis, Very Friendly & Caring Staff”
Our stay at this wonderful hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean, welcoming, and family-friendly the resort was. The facilities were excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true oasis, completely disconnected from the stresses of everyday life. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. We honestly could not have asked for more. A very special mention must go to Shyam Katru and the General Manager, Ridika, who went far above and beyond anything we would normally expect. Unfortunately, our taxi failed to arrive at the scheduled time, leaving us stranded and needing to extend our stay unexpectedly. Not only did the hotel kindly allow us to remain without charging any additional fees, but the team also provided their own vehicle and personally helped us locate our hire car. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to help during a stressful situation were truly remarkable. No words can fully describe how grateful we are for the care and support we received. This level of hospitality is rare and demonstrates the genuine commitment of both the management and staff to their guests. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling through North East India or Nepal. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to the area, there is no question that we will stay here again. A massive thank you to the Owner, Ridika, Shyam, and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable.
