We were greeted warmly by Paul, and the breakfast offered a nice selection of sweet and savory options, which was a real bonus. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the setting was quiet. The view overlooking the city was very pleasant, and the property is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Cuneo. We recommend it without hesitation!

Nice location, layout, view, and quietness. The village below is a bit too quiet, so you need a car to find restaurants; shout‑out to Pizzeria Stella Polare in Piasco, cheap and incredibly good. Optional massages are very good! The “free” parking is actually on the public road, and you have to pay to park on the property – a real joke. The jacuzzi is paid, which wasn’t clear in the listing, and the price is disproportionate for the quality of the so‑called jacuzzi… tiny (2‑person) and not even warm, 26 °C on arrival, only 29 °C after 4 hours of heating – not what you expect from a jacuzzi, so we paid but didn’t use it. We did get a partial refund after complaining. Private bathrooms are separated from the rooms by corridors or the breakfast area, which isn’t ideal for privacy. Air‑conditioning is missing in some rooms; ours had only a fan!
