The shower and bed were very good, and the location is great, but the entrance is very slippery, the reception feels somewhat abandoned and doesn't explain the coffee options at the hotel, and the room I stayed in is far away so carrying luggage is a hassle and there are many stair sections.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. Unfortunately, the building itself looks a bit worn out – some areas could use a refresh. Overall, good service but the place could do better on upkeep.

I loved the game room and the view from the rooms, plus the layout of the accommodations was convenient. The mattresses were hard and the bathrooms were a bit cramped, which was a let‑down.
