Perfect spot for visiting Venetië, 12 minutes walk to the train station, and the breakfast was very good.

I was notified weeks in advance that my gluten‑free needs would be met, yet the staff were short and I only received a snack for breakfast. At dinner in the Crystal restaurant, which is next to the hotel, I was told I could choose any gluten‑free pasta seasoning, but when I ordered a €26 menu they claimed they had nothing except shells to sauce because they hadn’t stocked. Even my non‑celiac friends were told the same, showing a lack of organization. Very disappointing.
