It was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, and there was nothing good to mention.

I checked in at 6 pm and the room wasn’t ready; I asked for the washroom and bed to be cleaned, but the staff said no cleaner was available and we agreed to move to another room, yet every room was in the same poor state—unwashed, the bed had a bad smell, and the blanket looked used, leaving me disappointed and forcing me to find another place that evening. The room, bed, washroom, washbasin, walls, and everything else were terrible.
