We were on the third floor, there was no air‑conditioning, the staff didn’t speak English, and they didn’t have a card for us to pay.

We booked the hotel for 2500 Rupien, but the front desk demanded 4000 Rupien and the rude receptionist just shook his head and wouldn’t give us a room, so we moved to a better place.
