“Magnifique hôtel mérite ses trois étoiles”
In the middle of nature, the mountain setting offers an outstanding view of the sea, but there are no bins in the common areas.

It felt very luxurious; the pools were fabulous; our room was spacious and airy with a lovely private balcony; the bed was super comfortable; the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming, especially Sanchez and the other waiters and reception staff for their kind welcome; we ate there each night and the food was delicious; the sunset was perfect from the hotel too; you definitely need a car to get there and the road is not for the faint hearted; we would definitely recommend this place and say it is better than more cabin‑like camps for facilities and calm; everything was superb!

We booked specifically for a sea‑view room because the hotel sits atop the mountains, and the reservation clearly promised a spacious sea view with photos to match, yet after a tiring journey we were given a first‑floor room overlooking the pool with only about 25 % sea, and the receptionist rudely told us “you do see the sea,” which was far from what we wanted and left us disappointed, forced to accept it because no other rooms were free; they seem to reserve the true sea‑view rooms for one‑night guests, while we were staying two nights, so the difference was none. The next day they finally moved us to a room that met our request, but having to repack and relocate after two nights was a hassle; it felt like we’d been handed the worst room in the property, and I wouldn’t book here just to be near the pool—I could have stayed in Ölüdeniz instead of a mountain‑top hotel. Overall a poor experience and I’m not satisfied, and the staff who checked us in could keep their excuses; we got the worst room you had, and you owe us this review.
