The location was good, but the pool was not great and access to the pool via the terrace was blocked.

The accommodation was very well positioned in Bacalar, with free street parking, a spacious studio with kitchen, comfortable bedding, functional air‑conditioning, and impeccable cleanliness. When we arrived, a few essential cooking and eating items were missing, but the hotel resolved that in a few minutes; we thank them for their responsiveness. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping was appreciated. Everything made for a pleasant stay. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work inside the unit, though it was fine at reception, perhaps because it was too far inside.

The rooms looked new and spacious, and you’re close to the lagoon and several restaurants. It’s nicely central. The floor in the room wasn’t very clean, and the rental car has to be parked on public roads. There is a small bar by the pool, but no one is there.

The spot is great, right by the city center and the balnearios, and the apartment matches the photos—spacious, practical, with a full kitchen. The décor is simple and pretty, the pool is lovely, everything feels comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. However, a few basic items were a bit delayed, and there’s a dangerous step at the bathroom exit that hit my already sore foot; it should be marked. Other than that, it’s a perfect 10‑point stay with very courteous staff.
