The staff were friendly and the booking process and prices were fine. No complaints.

The room was unsaleable; the sink tap was broken and clogged, the toilet was hard to use, there was no soap or tissue, and the cleanliness was patchy—please improve it so guests feel comfortable.

I paid online with a card, but when I arrived they said the app price was wrong and forced me to pay almost the same again; my Genius discount of 28% seemed ignored, so I was charged full rate. Located on the main road, there is no soundproofing—constant traffic noise, single‑glazed windows, and curtains are not used, so bright lights and noise keep you awake all night. The toilet tank was broken, the top smashed, letting water leak through a large hole, and the room was not very clean.

NOTHING AT ALL. BENAR2 MENGECEWAKAN!!!. Jangan booking hotel ini!!! Mereka akan minta uang lebih pas sampai di property nya karna mereka bilang kalau harga online sama harga di property itu beda. Ga ada informasi dll di website nya kalau harganya akan beda. Pelayanan juga tidak memuaskan sama sekali. Jangan coba2 booking ini hotel
