The place was nice and very clean, offering great value for the price—definitely a repeat booking. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, but it seemed to be a network issue rather than the owners’ fault, and the staff were overall helpful.

The staff were professional, yet getting to the hotel from the main road was hard because the road conditions were very poor.

The customer service was horrible: the receptionist was entitled, arrogant, and downright unprofessional. The location listed on bookings.com was off by 150 m. After completing a booking, the property didn’t contact you to help with a smooth check‑in, wouldn’t answer the phone or return calls, and the receptionist denied us access to the premises even though we had paid.
