Disgusting! It clearly wasn’t cleaned; there was stuff under the comforter, no Wi‑Fi, no towels, no soap—absolutely horrible.

The big bed and the location were great, but the desk was broken, the desk lamp was just sitting on the dresser in front of the TV, the freezer section of the fridge was ripped out, and the fridge didn’t get cold—room 241.
