Great location near Central World. The elevator capacity differs from the display, and taxis had trouble finding the hotel.

The hotel sits right next to the 24‑hour Big C, opposite Central World and about a half‑hour from the airport; the staff were extremely friendly, especially a night‑shift male employee who spoke fluent English, smiled warmly and provided outstanding service that made me feel right at home. Any request could be discussed at the front desk, and they were eager to help travelers. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious every day. On the downside, the water was only lukewarm—not hot—and while that was tolerable in summer, it felt a bit too cool when I returned to the air‑conditioned room.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, sitting right beside CentralWorld, Big C, and SuperRich, making shopping and currency exchange effortless. The building stays impeccably clean throughout. Staff are warm, helpful, and exceptionally kind. Security is solid, with key‑card access to the lobby giving great peace of mind. The in‑house dining is tasty, and the nearby CentralWorld offers amazing food options as well. Overall, it’s a clean, safe, high‑value choice for a hassle‑free stay in Ratchaprasong. The rooms are compact and feature slightly dated furniture, and the staff’s policies on in‑room safes are unclear.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good enough. The location was convenient and the reception staff were excellent. There were no storage rooms for luggage after check‑out, but the hotel does keep the luggage in the lobby.
