The room was very good, the bed comfortable, everything very clean, and breakfast was great. When we arrived, no one was at reception, so I had to call the guy I’d spoken to earlier to get in; also the jacuzzi wasn’t heating, even though that was the main reason I booked.

The environment is excellent, the room wonderful, the view beautiful, and the staff very friendly and helpful; nothing to complain about.

Everything was fine. There was a lack of information on how to reach the lodge, especially at night; there were no signs, and a large sign should have been posted from the track.
