The spa area is fantastic, with a pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. Breakfast is superb, offering a huge selection of hot dishes, cold cuts, salads, pastries, and fruit. The 5th‑floor terrace shows the city centre. It’s near the gallery and Piotrowska Street. Rooms include a kettle, fridge, bathrobe, and slippers. The TV has streaming platform access. No flaws were found.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is modest but has everything needed for a stay, except a desk for working. The bed is comfortable, and the electronic window opener and blinds are a nice touch. Air‑conditioning is a plus. Breakfast is not a frenzy; overall the selection is small, and the farmhouse cheese was unavailable. It’s not in the city centre and parking is suddenly paid – I hadn’t seen that info before. The room is a bit small and lacks a desk for those who want to work or set up a laptop.

Cardio, spa, and pool are included – a big plus. Breakfast is modest, the parking is very tight, and after three days the room was left uncleaned with no replenishment of bottled water, showing zero concern for the room’s condition.
