The furnishings were very comfortable and high quality, the welcome was warm, and the place was spotlessly clean; no complaints.

The location was great—arriving by train let us walk to the Boathouse, Bosham Quay, and the bus stop outside, which we used to get to Chichester; no issues.

We had a very nice room that was spotless, with a nice shower and all the essentials; Jane, our host, delivered a delicious continental breakfast daily and we could sit outside to enjoy it, and the room was cleaned and tidied each day—nothing negative.
