“Preis Leistung kappt überhaupt nicht”
The first room was so dirty and poorly maintained that I was lucky to be able to change rooms. The handwritten note with Prosecco was a nice gesture but it had nothing to do with the stay. The towel rack was loose on the wall, the minibar was empty and smelled bad, and the balcony was dirty. The wellness area was also disappointing: the pool area had old, dirty tiles and the railing that leads into the water was rusted. For the price, this condition is absolutely unacceptable. I was very disappointed and would have expected far more cleanliness, care, and quality from a hotel of this price class. Paying 216€ for a room with breakfast was completely unjustified.
