No breakfast is provided, but there are facilities for self‑catering. At almost 80 years old, I struggled with my bags up to the second floor, and because of an injury, no one was available to help.

I loved my stay here. The host, Emilie, was very friendly and helpful, and her instructions were clear. Her lovely guesthouse sits on the outskirts of Nailsworth, within easy reach of Stroud, Cheltenham, Tedbury, and more. Private parking is available (just request it when booking), and Nailsworth itself is a 20‑minute walk. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with an en‑suite bathroom. There are no on‑site meals, but the spacious kitchen and fridge let you eat here with minimal fuss (plus there are good restaurants in Nailsworth). My favorite surprise was the 6‑ft snooker table in the upper lobby. The surroundings of the accommodation are peaceful and beautiful. Finally, the price was extremely good for the location, and I’d stay again without hesitation. The only criticism I can think of is that the shower could be better, but that’s the only issue; I was a solo traveller and felt it was perfect for me.
