The owner was very kind and let me book early at no cost, even offered to drive me to the airport for an early flight, but the flight was cancelled and he gave me great advice about taking a ferry to Malta while Mt. Etna was smoking again; I was only here for a day trip on Saturday and I'm still here on Tuesday.

The position and cleanliness of the room were good, but the street where it was located was a bit noisy because it was close to the station.

The room was beautiful and clean with a stunning view of Etna, but the strange thing was that to enter the room you had to pass through the living room where the owners were practically all the time.
