“Clean, Convenient Location with One Check-in Issue”

The spot is convenient, on a quiet street and close to buses and transit to the city centre. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The only thing that annoyed me was that after paying for the room I had to answer questions on an app. The address shown at the top of the app page was wrong, so I copied it into Google Maps to find the hotel from the airport. I didn’t notice the mistake until I was standing in front of the wrong building, and I had to take a taxi to the correct address, which cost me €26.

I liked the location, very close to the Trastevere station. If you fly in, you don’t need to take the train to Termini, and from the room you can even walk into the centre. The photo in the listing shows a microwave, which implies you can heat food, but that’s not the case—there’s only a kettle, and to prepare hot meals you have to order through the app. Apparently the photo with the microwave belongs to a room that isn’t available.

The location was very convenient, just steps from the station and bus stops. It’s great for moving around easily and reaching the main city spots. The lack of a fridge in the room was a downside; in my opinion it’s an essential service, especially for longer stays.

“Bon emplacement, propre, mais blm de check in a 15:30”

The location was great. Check‑in was at 15:30 (we could drop our luggage at 13:00) and check‑out was before 10:00.
