The room was huge, with a terrace overlooking the valley. The garage was spacious. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. It was clear this was a family-run hotel, with a 75‑year‑old mother running the show. We usually never eat at the hotel during vacation, but the first night was so good that we ate there again the following evenings. Nothing to complain about.

Nice restaurant, good breakfast and dinner. A nice view from the restaurant if you sat near the window. We had a reserved table, so the same spot for breakfast and dinner. The hotel felt family‑like, and they had good parking in the garage below the hotel. Great location! Ortisei is a pricey town and that was reflected at the hotel, but it was worth the price to be in Ortisei! We only used the pool because it seemed unsuitable to bring the kids into the sauna as we perceived it.

The location was perfect – we didn't touch the car for three days, just used the lifts to go up the mountains. The staff were especially friendly, giving great tips on where to go. The service was relaxed and very pleasant. Nothing to note otherwise.

Our room had a great view, the bed was good, and the shower was great. Staff were excellent, a real family‑type vibe, like a home away from home. We dined there for breakfast and dinner, and the food was superb. Parking was also great. Would highly recommend staying here.
