The location was great because it was close to stores and the beach. I paid for accommodations for my family of 4 but only received 2 towels. The fans were broken and the staff didn’t know when they would be fixed, so I’m not sure why I was put in that room when there were other available rooms. The AC took forever to cool the room and the place was very loud.

The facilities were in good condition and the hotel was clean. The pool was very small and guests were noisy late at night with music in the pool area.

The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Guests arrived who started filling the place with trash and clothes.

The staff were very kind, helpful, and always attentive. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and cozy. The facilities were in perfect condition.

The hotel's pool was a great touch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. I also appreciated the secure parking within the property. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would've been nice for keeping drinks cool in the hot Zihuatanejo weather.
