Living Room

“Lovely, central stay within expectations.”

Communication was great, so I knew exactly how to get the key and what to expect. The space was incredible – super spacious! All the essentials were there, especially the hairdryer, and the location was perfect, giving me quick access to everywhere. The building was clean and fairly modern, and I was glad there was a lift. All the locks worked well, so I always felt safe with myself and my belongings. The only downside was a window grid that could be lowered at night to block bright light; only one of the two grids worked, so the room stayed quite lit. I had expected a shared bathroom, but it’s never pleasant to shower while someone else tries to open the door. I’m glad the door could lock.

“Das Appartement ist für kurze Aufenthalte gut, die Lage muss man mögen, schnelle Verkehrsanbindung.”

The apartment is close to the train station, but the area isn’t like the big office buildings a few streets away. Police are always present. I only found a supermarket, though there are markets from other cultures nearby. Public transport is easily accessible. The residents were friendly, and the landlord quickly and clearly handed over all access. I won’t rent an apartment that I share with others again. The other tenants were noisy, came after midnight, and early in the morning it smelled odd. That’s beyond my control. The furniture, especially the kitchenette, had noticeable wear.

“Intéressant sauf quand il fait froid”

The studio was quite spacious and fairly clean (except the kitchen hood), close to the train station and city centre, in a well‑maintained building. The kitchen equipment was minimal, there was no heating in the studio, and it’s important to note that this is a studio within an apartment, with a second studio and a shared bathroom.

Very nice place, spacious. I appreciated that it had a kitchen, oven, fridge, and kettle. The bathroom had hot water. Everything was excellent. The only thing that seemed odd was that one night we shared the bathroom with a girl from another room on the same floor. It felt strange because I thought the bathroom was private.

“A pleasant stay”

The room was roomy and impeccably clean, and its soundproofing kept the pub downstairs from bothering me. The spot is close to the train station, making commuting a breeze. Check‑in was a breeze and the host was easy to reach. The kitchen could use more appliances, and a full‑length mirror would be a welcome addition.
