Very clean and in a prime location.

The camera was spacious and the bathroom beautiful. The staff were super kind and helpful. However, the bathroom drain didn’t work, and the noise from the ventilation in the bathroom kept me from sleeping at night—unacceptable.

The room was spacious and clean. Hotel felt safe. Staff helpful. We asked for a breakfast box and this was well organised. No dislikes

Hotel was very new and clean. Very nice, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, and never had to queue or wait for anything. Location was 10 min walk to Liverpool One, and you could see the Hill Dickinson Stadium from out front. (25 min walk to that). Only minor thing, was the room was quite warm. The AC controls on the wall didn't seem to do anything, no matter what we set them to
