Beware of fraud! The hotel is worth nothing even for Indian standards. No credit card payment option, frequent power outages in the room, checkout times are inaccurate, the area is not safe, there is air conditioning but it doesn’t work 24 h, street noise, beds are as hard as a board, and the price is as high as a five‑star hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling to Jaisalmer, and it was conveniently located on the route. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness was only average, and the bathroom lock was broken. The overall quality of the room felt flimsy, and the staff's behavior was also unimpressive. The hotel charged a steep 8000 rupees for a family in peak season, and the breakfast service was slow and lacking in essentials like jam and juice.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel's food menu was a letdown, as many of the items listed were not available. This was a bit of a disappointment, but the staff's hospitality made up for it.

I was initially impressed by the spacious room at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The bed was extremely hard, making it feel like I was sleeping on bricks. When I asked for extra towels and toilet paper, I was initially denied, which was a sign of poor service. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay halfway through my stay, which I found to be rude.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent staff behavior and good room service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the city of Jodhpur.
