The rooms were cute, the staff super helpful, and the location great; the Wi‑Fi worked fine and the rooms stayed clean.

“Great Relaxing Stay but not the best location or customer service”

The place was clean, but the location was a hassle because a rubbish collection point was right outside and animals and people rummaged through the trash; also we had to pay to store our luggage for three days after a trek to Machu Picchu, which isn’t ideal for trekkers.

“Petit hôtel très bien situé à San Blas, excellent petit déjeuner”

The hotel sits in the fantastic San Blas neighbourhood, offers 24‑hour friendly reception, well‑decorated common areas, a garden, and a high‑quality breakfast with artisanal ham, homemade cakes, and fruit; however, the booking listed a queen‑size bed but we received two 140‑cm beds, the ground‑floor room 11 lacked charm and décor, which is a real let‑down compared to the site photos and the lovely common areas.
