I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right near the metro and a bunch of shops and restaurants, including two McDonald's, a KFC, and a pizzeria. They also had 24-hour laundry facilities, which was a lifesaver since my daughter is a student here and I was able to pick her up for the holidays. The room was quiet and the area was beautiful, with roses planted along the street.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel - on the one hand, it was close to the metro, affordable, and had good staff and internet. They also swapped our room no problem when it smelled like cigarettes, and the cleaning and towel service were on request. But on the other hand, the water and plumbing were a bit of a joke - it took ages for the water to heat up, and the shower drain was slow.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, even though we had a bit of a language barrier. However, the hotel's location was a bit of a drawback - it was pretty far from the city center and main attractions, and the traffic during rush hour was slow. Also, it would've been great if they had laundry service and a fridge in the room.
