The room was spacious and the balcony faced the mountains—perfect. The organization could have been better.

“Inferior”

The room was a standard, clean one and the café’s view was nice, but the bathroom was poorly designed; the shower sits right by the door without a box, so we ended up getting the light switch and the whole bathroom wet. The glass door in the bathroom, despite a white film, doesn’t cover everything, compromising privacy and letting in too much morning light. I’ve never seen a glass bathroom door before—maybe they added it because the shower is next to the door and splashes everywhere. It could have been done right, but it wasn’t. The electric shower didn’t work, although the hot water from Sobral was very hot. There was no storage space in the room for our belongings. Breakfast was scant; I had to ask three times for the butter, which they seemed to hide. The sandwich‑maker’s socket was filthy, so we had to grab the dirty black outlet before reaching the bread. Little details like these, in my view, make all the difference.

“Muito boa!”

The hotel is well‑located, the rooms are clean, and the reception is open 24 hours, which makes check‑in and check‑out very convenient. Nothing to complain about.
