The place has a good location, close to Agronômica/SC, and walking takes about 30 minutes to the busiest streets. The accommodation matched the listing: small, functional rooms with soft beds and pillows, air conditioning, and a room heater that made the place cozy. Breakfast wasn’t like a typical hotel spread with milk, bread, pastries, and fruit, but I found it adequate; they offer a menu that includes a snack and a drink. Besides the restaurant, there’s a 24‑hour self‑service mini‑market for snacks and cold drinks when the restaurant is closed. The main drawback is the noise from traffic on BR470 right in front of the dormitories; I had trouble sleeping the first night but got used to it, and the noise lessens at night due to fewer vehicles, though it can still bother light sleepers. Light sleepers might want earplugs or sleep medication for quieter nights. The location is also a bit far from the city, and during lunch and evening deliveries there are restrictions on services like iFood; however, if you drive or bike to the city center it’s close and easy to reach.
