The hotel is stylish and clean, but the elevator and the clarity of the check‑in process for opening the doors and entering the room were lacking.

The location is convenient for all the activities we enjoy in Butler County, but the TV in our room didn't work and seemed ready to fall off the wall.

We were pleasantly surprised by how cute the place was, though the walls were a bit thin and our neighbors kept watching TV late into the night. It was clean, cozy, and still charming, even though the location felt a little odd at first but ultimately worked out.

All the amenities and extras were there, and the restaurant downstairs had great staff who were really nice. The overall vibe was way too dark and kind of eerie.
