The host cancelled my booking on the day I was supposed to arrive, claiming the room was unavailable even though I had booked and paid the day before; she offered an alternative that required an extra £30, which I refused and asked for a free upgrade, but she ignored me and cancelled without any other option—unprofessional and not recommended.
