The environment was calm and spotless.

The room was presented nicely and tidy. I had an incident that had never happened in any of my other stays this month: the bathroom door was a sliding door, and the rollers on that door were too fast; when I tried to stop it, my right hand finger got crushed. I was about to leave for a meeting when this accident ruined my night. I went to the reception hall to report it, and the lady only said sorry, then stared. She didn’t offer anything for my wound, and I asked for a pain pill. There was no first‑aid kit. I also saw that the floor was wet from the pool, with a yellow sign, but no one helped. I asked if guests who had incidents like mine were covered with urgent care, but they only told me the next day that I had returned, because it wasn’t just skin but a nail tip. They told me to write an occurrence and in a week we decided what to do. I didn’t feel protected or cared for with that response. The hotel was clean, pleasant, had a good breakfast buffet, but that incident that nobody wants to experience disappointed me and showed a lack of human attention from the staff.

The location was very good and breakfast was tasty. There were a lot of fruit flies in the hallway and in my room, so I bought a big spray. Other than that my stay was awesome, thanks.
