“Découverte de Bagnères-de-Bigorre 3 jours et 2 nuits”

Daniel and Rinus are adorable hosts! The house is magnificent, the room is spacious and the bedding is extremely comfortable. Daniel and Rinus are always present with discretion and kindness, Daniel’s cooking is a travel invitation and the tasting takes place with an incredible view of the Pyrenees chain. Breakfast is generous enough without excess! Their animals (geese, chickens, cats, dogs) make the park beautiful. Very good communication about nearby activities and a special mention for the French exchanges!!

“je retournerais certainement dans la région mais pas dans cette maison d'hôte”

The friendliness despite the language barrier and the view are positives. It is stated as 4000 m² of land, but for guests there is only 200 m²; the rest is for animals, so I do not recommend this place to motorcyclists. We had an issue with a cat scratching the tank of my motorcycle. Upon arrival at the house, you must take off your shoes; I understand it’s a custom in China, but there are three dogs walking freely inside the house, not to mention the chickens, turkeys, geese and cats outside, so you have to be careful or you’ll get stepped on. Breakfast is far from exceptional; it consists of Lidl products, nothing is fresh, while the region is full of top-quality produce.

“Expérience atypique”

A beautiful Basque house, atypical because of the owners. Beautiful view of Bagnères and the massifs. The price of dinner is not justified; soup, then a pork chop with green salad, and a simple dessert for 25 €. The hosts made little effort to speak French; communication was mainly in English.
