There were plenty of nearby food options, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly—dirty underwear were hidden behind the chair and my kids got bitten by bedbugs.

I was so uncomfortable that I almost turned back when I walked in, but I had a concert just 5 minutes away so I stuck it out until 5:15 am; I missed breakfast, the room was dusty, the sheets and comforter had yellow stains, the odor was unbearable even after I wiped the furniture with Clorox wipes and half a can of Lysol, and the face towel caused my skin to break out and burn—definitely the worst hotel ever, so I’m demanding a full refund. The smell, the filthy room, the yellow stains, the air not cooling, the sweating while dressing, and the face towel burning my skin were all unacceptable.
It was quiet and peaceful, though the carpet could have been cleaner.
