Good location. Parking is available, a bit narrow but very convenient for this part of Bologna. Free coffee and tea, and welcome cookies in the room. Staff are friendly. Everything was correct.

The property is well run by Elisa and Roberto, who answered all our many questions promptly before we arrived. Self‑check‑in was easy, giving access after 14:00 to a room with a private bathroom and a shared area. In the room: a small fridge, a bed with pillows of different heights, essential but suitable furnishings, a bathroom with a large shower. Everything was clean. In the common area: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pods, skewers, sugar, cutlery, mugs, infusions and tea. Public parking in front (free on Sundays) or private parking for 10€ per day (a bit tight but fine). You can see it easily on Maps. The city tax should be left in the keybox with the keys or paid via PayPal (high fee but unavoidable everywhere). The window in room 6 faces a small private garden. Lots of mosquitoes, but the property provides a wall‑mounted vape to help. I suggest adding napkins and teaspoons to the common area.

The location was convenient; we stayed just one night for a concert at Parco Caserme Rosse. Good value for money. Nothing to report.
