I was disappointed that the reception was unmanned during working hours on both days, the spa was broken, the pool was unclean, and the BBQ was broken.

The beds were the only highlight – they were comfy and the room had everything we needed. But we came for a birthday celebration and were let down. The advertised spa was closed for renovations and never opened. The pool was dirty, and constant construction noise from other rooms made it impossible to rest. The receptionist didn't know much about the amenities either.

We booked to celebrate a birthday, but it fell flat. The hotel promised a spa, yet it was shut for renovations and never opened. The pool was a mess, and construction in other rooms kept us up with noise all day. The front desk staff seemed clueless about the facilities and couldn't help us at all.
