We got helpful sightseeing tips at the front desk, but the first night was ruined by stray hair in the bed, so we were moved to a new room. The old and new rooms were listed on the hotel’s website, and both had a loud ventilation system the size of a truck. When we asked if the noise could be reduced, they said quiet hours start at 11 pm, yet the whole night it was extremely loud.
