“Desleal!”
The spot was perfect, but the owner forgot to pull the listing off the site and I ended up paying for a room that was already taken. No response or refund yet.

Everything was spot on from the start. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the amenities were great. I couldn't find anything to complain about.
