The grounds are beautiful and the staff were excellent, we absolutely loved the indoor pool it was fabulous!. There was nothing we disliked

Location, bathroom, great ambiance. The pillow was small and the bed was small.

The outdoor pool was nice. However, the shower flooded several times, a leak in the outdoor area made it damp and dank, there was no electrical socket at the work desk, and the lighting was rather subdued. Because my room was below the ground floor, it felt unwelcoming. The rooftop terrace bar, advertised as offering “exceptional views over Porto, the ideal spot for sunset cocktails,” was not open. When I asked the property about this, I was told it was only available for private functions. It should therefore not be advertised as part of the hotel, as that influenced my decision to stay.

Amazing setting and very comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly. My stay was too short.

Clean, pleasant staff, very good swimming facilities, excellent breakfast. The chef was excellent. Good location.
