The location lets you walk to two beaches in 15‑20 minutes, and the breakfast is perfect to start a great day. A nearby bus line takes you to the city center, the room is spacious, and the pool is ideal for winding down. The staff are warm, caring, and friendly! I can’t think of any negatives.

The team is exceptional, the rooms spacious, the pool soothing, and the breakfast complete; when we encountered an issue with an activity, they quickly resolved it so we could still enjoy our day. You can go there with your eyes closed. The Wi‑Fi isn’t always reliable depending on your room, but it’s not a major inconvenience.

The staff and the hotel itself were outstanding—very attentive, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast throughout our stay, which was very satisfying. The hotel also provides board games and other equipment if needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to spend a stay in Mauritius 😊

The staff at Maison Du Nord are incredibly pleasant, and the owner is very service‑oriented, looking after both guests and employees. Our experience there was worth every perfect point. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit, juice, bread, and toppings. You can also enjoy pastries, yogurt, and freshly made eggs or pancakes on request. The pool area is compact, offering comfortable sun loungers and shade. Rooms are roomy and clean. If anything worries you in or out of the accommodation, the staff are always ready to help.
